WeatherBest WIN Program Overview
The WeatherBest brand carries with it a promise. A promise to provide market worthy
decking & railing systems to Retailer locations across the country and to stand
behind that product with a support mechanism that will help WeatherBest customers
improve and expand their business. The WIN program is just the latest in support
services that keep this promise.
What Is It?
WIN – The WeatherBest Installers Network – is a nationwide community of professional
deck builders who participate and share in programs and services designed to improve
and expand their business. These market support vehicles are accessed through a
web portal at the WeatherBest.com website.
Who Can Participate?
Any currently operating deck and railing builder professional who purchases WeatherBest
decking & railing products at any one of hundreds of WeatherBest decking retailers
across the U.S.
How Does a Deck Builder Sign Up?
Enrollment is easy through an online sign up form located at
www.weatherbest.com. Deck builders wishing to sign up need to provide their
contact information, name of their decking retailer and possibly past paid invoices
for WeatherBest decking & railing products.
How Does It Work?
All WIN services and business support programs can be accessed online. At the initial
launch in February 2008, WIN will start with online order entry to your preferred dealer.
This website allows decking professionals to order their WeatherBest Decking
& Railing materials online. A simple online order entry system will make ordering
materials easy with simple drop down menus and easy user interfaces.
Online orders placed through the WIN system are automatically faxed or emailed to
your local retailer for immediate input into their purchasing system. This ordering
process will:
- Eliminate order entry errors with clear and concise electronic order forms.
- Allow you to access the latest product information and offerings from WeatherBest.
- Ensure your next order is complete and accurate with all of the necessary accessories
you need.
- Improve your convenience as orders may be placed anytime right from your home computer.
- Allow you to earn valuable “Points” that can be used to get more business building
services.
How Does a Builder Earn Points?
Every time a builder orders materials through our online order entry system, points
are automatically awarded for all WeatherBest purchases. These points are stored
in a personal WIN account. From this “bank”, builders can redeem for valuable business
building services.
What Can a Builder Get With Points?
Initial services and products that may be exchanged for WIN points include:
- Customized brochures with the Builder’s logo, picture and contact information.
- Customize direct mailers that are mailed to 200 or more addresses around a specified
address (typically an active job site where the builder is currently working)
- Customized jumbo direct mailers.
Future Point Redemption offerings will include:
- Customized Web Sites
- Customized yard and truck signs
- Customized pop-up displays for local home improvement shows.
- Other valuable custom business building products/services.
What Else Is Included In My Membeship?
All authorized WIN members will be placed in our online professional search engine.
Respondents to the many WeatherBest national advertising campaign’s are directed
to the WeatherBest website at www.weatherbest.com.
Many of these visitors search for qualified deck professional’s in their area.
All WIN member email addresses’ will be placed into the WeatherBest automated
email system. This program will automatically email each WIN member with the latest
news and information about WeatherBest products and programs - designed for the
professional deck builder.

Future WIN programs will include:
